Description
Job Opportunity: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech
Location: Houston, Texas
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Unit Information
- Unit: Cath Lab
- Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday, 7am – 5pm; after hours and weekends on call
- Staff per Room: 3-4
- Equipment Used: Siemens, GE, Philips
- EMR System: Merge
- Floating Areas: Interventional Radiology, Cath Lab Pre/Post
- Dress Code: Royal Blue scrubs
- Weekend/On-call Schedule: Every other weekend and 1 weekday
Typical Procedures
- Heavy Structural procedures including clinical trials
- Structural Heart procedures preferred
Required Qualifications
- Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Texas
- Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
- ACLS Certification
- BLS Certification
- Cath Lab Tech Certification
