Job Opportunity: RN - ICU (Travel)

Location: Ottumwa, Iowa
Contract Length: 8 weeks

Patient Population: Adults (including COPD, Chest Pain, Cardiac drips)
Patient Ratios: 1 nurse to 3 patients
Unit Beds: 10
Equipment: Mindray
EHR System: MediTech

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Iowa
Minimum 1 year of ICU (Intensive Care Unit) experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience working with adult patients

Additional Information

Start Time: Must be able to start within 7-10 days from offer acceptance
Start Days Allowed: Monday or Tuesday
Patient Population Focus: Primarily adult ICU patients with critical care needs
Preferred Experience: ICU experience strongly preferred

Generally speaking, Host Healthcare doesn't always have the highest rate on the market. Having gone with competing agencies in the past, I have often been disappointed and unsupported and ultimately found it wasn't worth the small pay bump
