Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical/Surgical/Telemetry

Location: Grove City, Ohio
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Specialty: Medical/Surgical and Telemetry nursing

Required Qualifications

Current RN license valid in Ohio
American Heart Association BLS certification (must include front and back of card)
ACLS certification preferred for critical care areas (CCU, ED, PACU, MICU, SICU)
Specialty-specific competency testing completed within the last year
Physical/Health statement confirming fitness to work (within the last year)
Drug screening (10-panel) completed within 30 days of start date (no THC)
Background checks including federal, nationwide, county criminal (last 7 years), SSN verification, and exclusion screenings completed within 30 days of start
Immunizations and health requirements:
- COVID-19 vaccine proof or approved exemption (booster required through Sept 2025)
- MMR vaccination or immunity proof
- Hepatitis B vaccination series (titers not accepted)
- Influenza vaccine or approved exemption (for upcoming flu seasons)
- Varicella vaccination or immunity proof
- 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) for TB screening
Fit test for respiratory protection (if applicable)
Skills checklist completed within the last year
Resume and two professional references required

Additional Requirements

Must complete and upload license/certification verification within 30 days of start
Must complete system access and confidentiality agreements prior to start
Must complete required professional and compliance forms as part of onboarding
CORE exam and specialty-specific competency testing required within the last year
