Registered Nurse - ICU (Intensive Care Unit)

Location: Farmington, New Mexico
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Unit & Facility Overview

Level III trauma center with 14 ICU beds
Patient ratios typically 1:1 or 1:2
Adult patient population
Electronic Health Record system: Cerner
Float required to other inpatient nursing units

Position Details

Shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Weekly guaranteed hours: 36
Number of openings: 1

Required Certifications and Qualifications

Valid RN license in New Mexico
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Minimum 2 years of ICU (Intensive Care Unit) experience, including experience within the last year
BLS (Basic Life Support) issued by the American Heart Association
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) issued by the American Heart Association
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) issued by the American Heart Association

Additional Information

Must be able to float to other inpatient nursing units
The location offers a variety of outdoor activities and a friendly community environment
