Registered Nurse - ICU (Intensive Care Unit)
Location: Farmington, New Mexico
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Unit & Facility Overview
- Level III trauma center with 14 ICU beds
- Patient ratios typically 1:1 or 1:2
- Adult patient population
- Electronic Health Record system: Cerner
- Float required to other inpatient nursing units
Position Details
- Shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Weekly guaranteed hours: 36
- Number of openings: 1
Required Certifications and Qualifications
- Valid RN license in New Mexico
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Minimum 2 years of ICU (Intensive Care Unit) experience, including experience within the last year
- BLS (Basic Life Support) issued by the American Heart Association
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) issued by the American Heart Association
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) issued by the American Heart Association
Additional Information
- Must be able to float to other inpatient nursing units
- The location offers a variety of outdoor activities and a friendly community environment
