Job Opportunity: Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Shift: Days
Hours: Option of 36 or 48 hours per week
Coverage: Every other weekend
Specialty: Labor and Delivery (L&D)
Required Experience: 2 years recent experience in Labor and Delivery (higher value from description)
Skills: Basic to intermediate fetal monitoring
Prior Travel Experience: Preferred but not required

Required Certifications

BLS (Basic Life Support)
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
ACLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, CHEMO, MAB certifications as applicable (may be required depending on assignment specifics)

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma
Minimum of 1 year recent Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
Basic to intermediate fetal monitoring skills
BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NRP certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Additional Requirements

7-year background check within 1 year of start, updated annually
Education verification (highest level)
Drivers License/State ID
E-Verify compliance
Competency exams and medication/pharmacology tests as applicable
Photo for badge
Completion of unit-specific skills checklist annually
Work history verification for 7 years
