Description
Job Opportunity: MRI Technician
Location: Westerville, Ohio
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Work Schedule
- Weekends: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Required Qualifications
- Valid MRI Technician license or certification as applicable for Ohio
- American Heart Association BLS certification (current)
- Specialty exam completed within the last year
- Proof of required vaccinations and health screenings, including but not limited to:
- COVID-19 vaccine (including booster or approved exemption)
- MMR vaccine
- Fit Test
- Hepatitis B vaccination series (no titers accepted)
- Influenza vaccine (seasonal)
- 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) for TB screening
- Varicella vaccine or immunity proof
- Physical/Health Statement confirming fitness to work (within last year)
- 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (excluding THC)
Background and Compliance Requirements
- Federal, nationwide, and county criminal background checks covering the last 7 years (dated within 30 days of start)
- Social Security Number verification
- Education verification (highest level of academic education)
- Exclusion and sanction screenings (OIG, EPLS, GSA/OIG) dated within 30 days of start
- Conflict of Interest and Confidentiality agreements signed prior to start
- Integrity and Audit Services form signed prior to start
- System Access form completed and uploaded one week before start
- Skills checklist and specialty-specific competency testing as required
Additional Information
- Must upload all required documentation and certifications into the agency’s credentialing system prior to start
- Declinations for vaccines are not accepted for certain states (not applicable here but noted)
- Positive TB test requires a chest x-ray within the last year (or within 5 years depending on region)

This is a travel MRI Technician position requiring weekend availability and compliance with extensive health, safety, and credentialing requirements.
