Occupational Therapist (OT) - Travel Contract

Location: Soldotna, Alaska
Contract Length: 26 weeks (approximately 6 months)
Specialty: Occupational Therapy (Hand Therapy focus)

Job Description

• Travel contract opportunity starting in August.
• Duration: Approximately 6 months.
• Candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in Occupational Therapy.
• Must be comfortable working independently.
• Preference for applicants with hand therapy experience.

Schedule & Work Details

• Work schedule options: 5-8 hour days or 4/10 hour days.
• Overtime paid after 8 hours per day and after 40 hours per week.
• Client may call off up to 24 hours during the assignment without penalty.
• Local placements are accepted.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy license.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification.
• Minimum 2 years of Occupational Therapy experience.

Additional Notes

• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
• Candidate should be prepared to work independently in a hospital setting.
