Job Opportunity: Labor Delivery RN

Location: Hazard, Kentucky
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (approximately 13 weeks)

Job Description

Minimum 5 years of current Labor & Delivery nursing experience required
Must have skills in BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications
Intermediate AWHONN Fetal Monitoring experience required
Experience with Meditech EMR preferred
Schedule: 36 hours worked / 48 hours off over a two-week pay period
Orientation occurs bi-weekly
Must reside within 100 miles of the facility to be considered

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Kentucky
Minimum 5 years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience, including experience within the last year
AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Additional Information

Ratios and schedules may fluctuate based on census and call-ins
Candidates should not be submitted to more than one job at a time
Start date is the date the position is needed
Annual updates required for many certifications, health screenings, and background checks

Experience Requirements

No explicit prior travel experience required
