Cath Lab RN - Oklahoma, Lawton
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Work in a complete Cath Lab providing cardiac and peripheral services.
- Procedures include:
- Left and Right Heart Catheterization
- PTCA (Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty)
- Stenting
- Thrombectomy
- Atherectomy
- Carotid diagnostic and stenting
- Peripheral diagnostic and interventional procedures
- Pacemaker insertion
- Tilt Table Test
- Kyphoplasty
- AV graft diagnostic, stent, and thrombectomy
- Use and monitor patients with devices such as:
- Philips Laser System
- IVUS (Intravascular Ultrasound)
- OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography)
- Various coronary and peripheral atherectomy devices
- Work with Siemens Artis Zee C-arms and McKesson CPACS, Cardiology, and Hemodynamic Systems.
- Rotate between Cath Lab and pre/post procedure areas.
- Assist with patient transport and other duties as assigned.
- Schedule includes 8-hour day shifts with rotating call during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Call frequency: 7 days per month, including one weekend per month.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Oklahoma.
- Proficiency in monitoring patients in a Cath Lab setting.
- Experience with cardiac and peripheral interventional procedures.
- Ability to work rotating shifts and call schedule.
