Location: Findlay, Ohio
Contract Length: 14 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Ohio
Degree in Occupational Therapy
Minimum of 1 year of Occupational Therapist experience within the last year

Additional Information

Team-oriented and goal-focused personality preferred
Emphasis on preparing patients for home discharges
Dress code: Black scrubs required; no unacceptable attire specified
