Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: Lakeport, California
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Provide physical therapy services primarily in an outpatient setting.
Plan and implement individualized treatment programs based on physical therapy principles and practices.
Serve as a resource and provide structured educational opportunities within the facility in your area of specialization.
Work schedule: 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts (08:00 AM - 05:00 PM), no floating or on-call duties.

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in California.
Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Arts, Master of Arts, Master of Science, or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy.
Physical Therapist experience within the last year.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
