Job Opportunity: RN Surgery
Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for surgical services. The primary work area is a 7-room inpatient/outpatient operating unit with occasional floating to a larger main OR with 26 rooms and level one trauma.
Key skills required:
- Ability to scrub in surgery
- Experience with Da Vinci XI surgical system (required)
- Ability to circulate and/or scrub posterior eye and eye trauma cases (a plus)
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Minimum 1 year of Operating Room (OR) experience, with OR experience within the last year
- Scrubbing experience as an RN
- Experience with Da Vinci XI surgical system
Additional Information
- Floating between operating rooms may be required based on staffing needs
- Must be comfortable working in a trauma and mixed inpatient/outpatient surgical environment
This position is ideal for an RN with surgical experience, proficient in robotic surgery (Da Vinci XI), and capable of handling complex surgical cases including eye trauma.
