Registered Nurse - Pediatric Cardiac OR
Location
- Tacoma, Washington
Job Details
- Specialty: Operating Room (Pediatric Cardiac)
- Shift: 10-hour day shift (06:45 - 15:15)
- Hours per week: 40
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Weekend rotation: No
- On call: Optional
- Floating: Optional floating to adult cardiac surgery
- Number of ORs: 8 total
Patient Population
- Pediatric patients with congenital cardiac anomalies
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Washington
- Pediatric CVOR with 5 years of experience
- Pediatric CVOR experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Experience working with pediatric patients

- Compliance with standard healthcare documentation, immunizations, background checks, and certifications required (e.g., flu documentation, core competencies, criminal background check, drug screen, HIPAA, physical exam, immunizations including Hep B, MMR, Varicella, TDAP)
