ICU Registered Nurse - Arizona
Location: Tuba City, Arizona
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Summary
Provide nursing care to critically ill patients primarily within the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The role includes floating to Emergency Department (ED), Medical/Surgical, or Pediatrics units as needed during low census periods. Responsibilities involve inpatient care and support in a 5-bed ICU for patients of all ages, including after-hours recovery of post-operative general surgery, pediatric, and OB patients.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona
- Minimum 3 years of ICU (Intensive Care Unit) nursing experience, including experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
Additional Information
- Shared contractor housing available (no pets or family allowed)
- Orientation occurs every 2 weeks
- COVID and flu vaccination exemptions may be accepted after submission of a declination form
