Description
Job Opportunity: Echo Tech
Location: Dover, New Hampshire
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule:
- 4x10 hour shifts (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
- 1-2 weekend shifts required during the contract
- 3-5 weekday call shifts required during the contract
- Local candidates will not be considered
Job Description
This is a 13-week assignment for a Cardio Echo Technician. The role involves performing echo-related duties with a set schedule including weekend and call shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Echo Technologist license in New Hampshire
- Minimum of 1 year of Echo Technologist experience within the last year
- Experience as a Cardio Echo Technician
Health and Compliance Requirements
- Immunizations:
- Documentation of two measles, two mumps, and one rubella vaccine OR two MMR vaccines, or proof of immunity via blood test.
- TB test documentation within 3 months of start date (skin test or blood test) and updated if there is a break longer than 6 months.
- Hepatitis B vaccination strongly preferred (3 doses or proof of immunity or declination).
- Tdap vaccine within 10 years preferred.
- Health Statement: Physician-signed health statement within 365 days of start date, updated if break >6 months.
- TB Follow-up: If positive TB test, documentation of a negative chest x-ray after the positive test is required.
Professional and Background Checks
- Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start date, including county and international searches if applicable.
- Social Security Number trace covering the last 7 years.
- National sex offender registry check within 30 days of start and updated annually.
- Exclusion checks against federal and state lists within 30 days of start and annually.
- New Hampshire state-specific criminal background and BAAS checks within 30 days prior to start and updated if break >30 days.
- Education verification of highest level achieved (not required for CNA positions).
- Resume including past 7 years of work experience with city and state.
- Two professional references within 4 years, including at least one supervisor or higher.
- Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission.
- Confirmation of assignment form required upon acceptance and for extensions.
Additional Notes
- Candidate must not be local to the area.
- Various documentation related to name changes may be required if credentials do not match legal name.
- TB symptom survey may be required if positive TB test.
- Candidate submission coversheet required for initial submission and new facility submissions.
This position requires compliance with all listed health, professional, and background requirements prior to onboarding.
