Description

Job Opportunity: Ultrasound Sonographer - Travel

Location: Albert Lea, Minnesota
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 5 weeks

Job Summary

Produce high-quality ultrasound images for physician interpretation, meeting established radiology standards. Requires competence with various imaging equipment and technology.

Key Responsibilities

Follow proper safety guidelines for self, support personnel, and patients.
Foster teamwork through effective communication.
Ensure high-level patient service through communication, technique, and safety.
Maintain flexibility to staff various locations, shifts, and shift lengths.
Perform other duties as assigned to support optimal patient care.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist, with experience within the last year.
Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS) certification.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous ultrasound sonographer experience.

Additional Notes

Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
Flexibility in scheduling and location is essential.
