Registered Nurse - Orthopedics Bone & Joint (Night Shift)

Location: Herrin, Illinois
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description

• Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Provide explanations and instructions to patients and responsible persons.
• Use nursing clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition.
• Contribute to a healthy workplace environment by managing conflict with professional communication skills.
• Meet Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care.
• Participate in continuing education.
• Maintain complete and accurate medical records.

Required Qualifications

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• ACLS certification.
• Experience or certification relevant to Orthopedics/Bone & Joint care preferred.
