Job Opportunity: Ultrasound Tech/Sonographer

Location: Vicksburg, Mississippi
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days (Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM) plus call

Call averages one night per week and one weekend every 4th weekend

Job Description

Seeking a Travel Ultrasound Tech/Sonographer with experience in general ultrasound, cardiovascular, OB, and breast imaging.

Required Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited sonographer program
Minimum 2 years of Ultrasound Tech/Sonographer - Radiology experience
Cardiac Sonographer experience, including within the last year
Ob/Gyn Sonographer experience, including working with Maternal-Fetal patients
Breast Sonographer experience
General ultrasound experience
Cardiovascular ultrasound experience
OB ultrasound experience
Breast ultrasound experience
BLS certification
Certification required: ARRT, ARDMS, or CCI
Permanent address must be more than 50 miles from the facility

Additional Information

Call schedule includes approximately one night per week and one weekend every fourth weekend
Position requires working day shifts with occasional call responsibilities

Note: Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
