Physical Therapist (Rehabilitation Therapy)

Location: Salinas, California
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Seeking a passionate and adaptable Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to work in a skilled nursing facility. The PT will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving patient mobility, strength, and overall functional independence.

Duties

Evaluate and treat skilled nursing facility (SNF) patients
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
Complete documentation according to facility standards
May require floating to a nearby sister facility within walking distance

Required Qualifications

Active California Physical Therapist (PT) license
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred (mentorship available for 0-1 years experience)
Strong documentation and time-management skills
Flexible and collaborative mindset

Schedule Preference

Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday

Additional Notes

Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
Mentorship available for candidates with minimal SNF experience.
