Registered Nurse - Med Surg
Location: Greensboro, North Carolina

Job Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC)/Telemetry setting is responsible for providing patient care using the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and facility policies. The RN demonstrates critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership to ensure safe delivery of care. Responsibilities include maintaining clinical competencies through continuing education, delegating patient care priorities based on staff education and experience, and supervising assigned personnel delivering patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in North Carolina
- Minimum of 2 years of Med Surg / Telemetry nursing experience, with experience within the last year
- ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Experience with ventilators and tracheostomies
- Knowledge of central lines
Contract Length
- 12 weeks
