Radiology Technologist - Temp Position

Location: Maple Grove, Minnesota
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Perform X-rays as requested by physicians to assist in diagnosing medical conditions.
• Follow physicians' instructions closely.
• Prepare radiograph equipment and position patients correctly.
• Accurately capture requested diagnostic images.
• Work with patient populations including newborn, pediatric, adolescent, and adult.
• Demonstrate professionalism aligned with organizational mission, vision, and values.

Required Qualifications

• License: ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required.
• Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA or ARC required.
• Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of prior travel experience required.
  • Experience working with newborn, pediatric, adolescent, and adult patient populations.
  • Operating Room (OR) experience required.
• Additional Requirements:

  • Work history documentation relevant to the specialty within the past year.
  • Skills checklist current to within 1 year, pertinent to radiology technologist specialty.
  • Two supervisory references with dates of employment.
  • MN DHS Net Study & Fingerprinting required for all patient-facing roles.
  • Compliance with strict deadlines for credentialing prior to assignment start.

Additional Information

• Nonbillable hours: 4 hours.
• Local travel policy applies for candidates living within 35 miles of the facility.
• Electronic Medical Record system used: Epic.
• Hospital-provided scrubs dress code.
• Requested time off during assignment cannot be accommodated.
• Prior work history with this health system or associated entities must be listed on resume.
