Description

Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry / Medsurg / Rehab / TCU

Location: Meadville, Pennsylvania
Contract Length: 8 weeks

Job Overview

Primarily a telemetry unit caring for patients with chest pain, congestive heart failure (CHF), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), post cardiac catheterization, post pacemaker insertion, stroke, NSTEMI, and STEMI after ICU discharge.
May also care for general medical patients.
Float responsibilities include telemetry, medical-surgical cardiac, and rehabilitation/skilled nursing patients.
Mostly day shifts with some possible night shifts; schedule flexibility may be accommodated.

Required Qualifications

Current RN license.
ACLS and BLS certification.
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
Must have cardiac nursing experience.
