Registered Nurse (LTC/SNF)

Location: Mandan, North Dakota
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

• Specialty: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC/SNF) RN
• Facility Size: 128 beds
• Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:32
• Shift Length: 12 hours (6 PM - 6 AM)
• Shift Pattern: Every other weekend and holiday (every third weekend and holiday)
• EMR System: PCC
• Orientation: Location-specific orientation pathway completed with facility staff
• Patient Types: All diagnoses commonly seen in LTC/SNF settings
• IV Certification for LPNs: Preferred but not required
• On-call or call-back: Not available or billable

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license valid in North Dakota
• BLS Certification

Additional Notes

• Backouts or quits with less than 14 days’ notice will incur a $500 fee
• Weekend and holiday coverage required as specified
• No charge differential for shifts at this facility
• Local rates apply within 80 miles or if using facility housing
