Description
Job Opportunity: Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Travel Position
Location: Orange Park, Florida
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Unit Information
- Unit Type: Respiratory
- ICU Beds: 20 Medical-Surgical ICU beds & 20 Cardiovascular ICU beds
- Staff: 7-8 total (Day Shift: 7, Night Shift: 6)
- Patient Ratios: No more than 6 ventilated patients per shift
- Equipment Used: Vents PB840 / PB980, Bipap V60, Hamilton C1, MR1
- Documentation System: Meditech
- Call Requirements: No call
Typical Procedures
- Bedside Bronchoscopy
- Managing Ventilators
- Arterial Blood Gas (ABG) analysis
Required Qualifications
- Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Florida
- Minimum 2 years of Respiratory Therapist (RRT) experience, including experience within the last year
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS, NBRC
