Description

Physical Therapist - Contract Position

Location: Meeker, Colorado
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Provide physical therapy services primarily during day shifts.
Typical schedule: Monday through Friday, either 5 eight-hour shifts or 4 ten-hour shifts.
Occasional Saturday shifts may be required if there is orthopedic surgery on Friday.

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Colorado
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
BLS certification

Additional Requirements

Traveler’s permanent address must be at least 65 miles away from the facility (radius rule). Local candidates will not be considered.
Agency timecards are acceptable for timekeeping.
