Behavioral Health RN - Nights

Location: Zanesville, Ohio
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 12 weeks

Job Description

Inpatient Behavioral Health nursing position working primarily with adults and some adolescents.
Night shift schedule: 7 PM to 7 AM, 0.9 FTE (3x12-hour shifts).
Every other weekend and every other holiday required.
Additional 24 hours of on-call time over a 6-week period.
Charge nurse responsibilities required.
Use of Epic EMR and Pyxis systems required.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Minimum of 2 years of nursing (RN) experience
At least 1 year of psychiatric nursing experience, with psychiatric experience within the last year
Experience in charge nurse roles
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Experience with Epic EMR system

Additional Information

Facility may cancel up to 36 hours during the 13-week contract period.
All requested time off must be disclosed at submission and included in the contract confirmation.
Ability and willingness to work in a charge role is required.
