Physical Therapist - Travel/Contract

Location: Owings Mills, Maryland
Contract Length: 14 weeks

Job Description

Seeking a Physical Therapist contractor to provide home health therapy services in Baltimore County. Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a productivity expectation of 30 visits per week.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Maryland
• Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience, including 2 years of home health physical therapy experience
• Physical Therapy experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience in a home health setting

Additional Requirements

• Proof of identity and eligibility to work (e.g., government-issued photo ID)
• Background checks including 7-year criminal history and other screenings
• Drug screening within one year of start date
• Immunizations and health documents as required (e.g., TB test, Hepatitis B, MMR, Varicella)
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption
• N95 Fit Mask test within one year of start and updated annually
• Professional references within 2 years of start date (2 references required for travel positions)

Work Environment

• Home health setting with support for Baltimore City area
• Productivity expectations and documentation compliance required
