Job Details

• Shift: Day shift, 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM
• No weekends
• No on-call required

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with current license valid in Ohio
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) within the last year
• Specialty experience as an RN in PACU (Post Anesthesia Care)

Health and Compliance Requirements

• COVID-19 vaccine with booster proof or approved exemption (valid through Sept 2025)
• MMR vaccination proof or immunity titer
• Fit test for respiratory protection (if applicable)
• Hepatitis B vaccination series started prior to start date (titers not accepted)
• Influenza vaccine or approved exemption (valid for upcoming flu season)
• Tuberculosis screening: 2-step PPD or IGRA test; chest x-ray if positive (per regional requirements)
• Varicella vaccination proof or immunity titer
• Physical/health statement confirming fitness to work (exam within last year)
• 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (no THC)

Professional and Background Requirements

• Resume and skills checklist within the past year
• Two professional references
• Confidentiality and security agreements signed
• Conflict of interest disclosure form
• Criminal background check (federal, nationwide, county for last 7 years) dated within 30 days of start
• Education verification (highest degree or diploma verified)
• Exclusion and sanction screenings (EPLS, OIG, NSO) dated within 30 days of start
• Integrity and audit services form signed shortly before start
• Joint Commission CORE exam within the past year
• System access form completed one week before start
• Specialty-specific competency testing completed within the past year
• Code of conduct form signed
• Standard I-9 completed by agency
• Color vision test

Additional Notes

• Agency will provide a skills checklist for clinical contractors
• All documentation must be uploaded to the credentialing system prior to or at onboarding

This position is ideal for experienced PACU RNs seeking a long-term assignment with day shifts and no weekend or on-call responsibilities.
