Occupational Therapist - Rehabilitation Therapy

Location: Springfield, Colorado
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Provide Occupational Therapy services including evaluations and treatments. Develop treatment plans in collaboration with a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). Services cover multiple settings:

Critical Access Hospital (acute inpatient and swing bed)
Outpatient Occupational Therapy at an in-house therapy building
Home health therapy
Long-term care center (LTCC)

Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Colorado
Occupational Therapist experience within the last year (0 years of experience acceptable)
BLS
