Physical Therapist Travel Job - Oklahoma City, OK

Job Details

  • Discipline / Specialty: Physical Therapist (PT)
  • Employment Type: Travel
  • Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
  • Contract Length: 12 weeks
  • Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Weekly Hours: 40 hours guaranteed
  • Weekend Hours: Weekends preferred and flexible, but not required
  • Call Requirements: None

Facility & Unit Profile

  • Inpatient rehabilitation setting with approximately 35 beds
  • Patient ratio: 1 PT to 6 patients
  • Patient population includes neurological diagnoses, orthopedic conditions, and debility
  • Standard equipment and electronic documentation system (EHR: UDS)
  • Therapy department focused on stroke, brain/spinal cord injury, amputations, complex orthopedic injuries, and other rehab needs

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma
  • Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor’s or Doctorate)
  • Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience, including experience within the last year
  • BLS certification

Additional Requirements & Notes

  • Must comply with facility influenza vaccination policy or have an approved exemption (masking required during flu season if exempt)
  • Must be cooperative and a team player
  • No float or call requirements
  • Scrub color: Black
  • Reporting time on first day: 8:00 AM

This position offers the opportunity to work in a modern, well-equipped inpatient rehab hospital focused on intensive, customized rehabilitation for a diverse patient population.
