Job Opportunity: Registered Respiratory Therapist

Location: Waco, Texas
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (approximately 13 weeks)


Job Description

  • Provide respiratory therapy including management of:
    • High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC)
    • BiPAP
    • Ventilator management
    • Tracheostomies (TRACHS)
    • Chest Physiotherapy (CPT)
    • Vest therapy
    • Bronchoscopy assistance (BRONCHS)
    • Metaneb therapy

Required Qualifications

Licensure and Experience

  • Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Texas
  • Minimum of 2 years of Respiratory Therapist experience
  • Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year

Certifications (must be current and AHA-issued where applicable)

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by American Heart Association
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) issued by American Heart Association
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) issued by American Heart Association
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)

Additional Notes

  • Some onboarding forms and attestations are completed onsite or uploaded by the agency
  • Post-assignment evaluations and optional surveys may be requested
  • Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position

This role is ideal for experienced Registered Respiratory Therapists comfortable with advanced respiratory care modalities and committed to maintaining current certifications and health requirements.
