Physical Therapist Travel Job - Wyoming

Location: Sheridan, Wyoming
Contract Length: 13 weeks (approximately 3 months)
Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday

Job Description

Seeking an experienced Physical Therapist with inpatient experience, including Transitional Care Unit (TCU). This role involves providing physical therapy services primarily in a home care setting, including care for terminally ill hospice patients as needed. The Physical Therapist will work as part of a hospice team and coordinate therapy services, contributing to departmental growth and development.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Wyoming
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum of 2 years of Physical Therapist experience
• Experience in an inpatient setting

Additional Information

• This is a home care physical therapy position.
• The PT acts as the lead therapist in the department, coordinating therapy services and assisting in service development.
• Work performed under physician orders and plan of care, supervised by homecare/hospice nurse management.
