Cath Lab Tech Travel/Contract Job in Portland, Oregon

Job Details

Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 4x12 hour day shifts, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Call: Approximately one weeknight per week and one weekend every 3-4 weeks
Location: Portland, Oregon

Job Description

Candidates should have experience in both Cath Lab and Angiography with scrub experience.
Local travelers are accepted.
Floating is mandatory within the site and across the system; refusal to float may result in contract cancellation.
Travelers must complete any assigned education within one week of assignment.
Low census mandatory cancellation requires notice 1.5 hours before shift start; personnel may be cancelled one shift per two-week pay period without penalty.

Required Certifications and Licenses

BLS (Basic Life Support) – AHA only
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – AHA only
ARRT-R (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists – Radiography)
Oregon State License (OBMI)

Required Qualifications

Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Oregon
Minimum of 1 year of Cath Lab Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
ACLS certification
BLS certification
ARRT-R certification
OBMI license

Additional Information

Charting system used: Epic
Facility is a teaching hospital with Level I Trauma designation
Scrub color guidelines apply depending on role/unit
Free parking in unrestricted spaces

This position is ideal for experienced Cath Lab Technologists with strong scrub skills and flexibility to float within the hospital system.
