Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) - Radiology
Location: Farmington, New Mexico
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
Seeking a Radiologic Technologist to provide general radiography services. This is a weekend shift position (Friday-Sunday, 7 PM - 7 AM) with periodic on-call requirements. The role includes float responsibilities to areas such as Operating Room, Emergency Department, and fluoroscopy.
The facility is a level III trauma center with advanced imaging services including CT scanners and mammography. The patient population served includes all age groups.
Schedule & Hours
- Weekend shifts: Friday through Sunday, 7 PM to 7 AM
- Weekly guaranteed hours: 36
- Call requirements: Yes
- Float to other departments as needed
Required Qualifications
- Valid Radiology Technologist license in New Mexico
- Radiology Technologist experience (0 years required) with experience within the last year
- ARRT (R) certification
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Experience with floating to Operating Room, Emergency Department, fluoroscopy, and other areas
- X-Ray Technician experience
Equipment & Systems
- GE imaging equipment
- Cerner electronic health record system

- Number of CT scanners: 2 at main campus, 1 at outpatient center
- Trauma Level: III
- Patient population: All ages
- Must be able to float to multiple departments including OR, ED, and fluoroscopy
