Registered Nurse (Float: ICU / Emergency / Medical-Surgical)
Location: Fort Defiance, Arizona
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- 12-hour night shifts primarily, with flexibility to work other shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Daily reporting to House Supervisor for unit assignment.
- Occasional floating to other departments where qualified, which may include taking a patient load or performing task-oriented duties such as answering call lights and phones.
- Orientation is held on Mondays only; missing the compliance deadline will delay start to the following Monday.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Arizona
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Minimum 1 year of Medical-Surgical nursing experience within the last year
- Experience in Emergency Department (ED)
- Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Experience working with Pediatric patients
- Certifications required:
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- PALS issued by American Heart Association
- TNCC
Additional Information
- Must be flexible to work in various units as assigned.
