Job Opportunity: CVOR Registered Nurse

Location: Columbus, Ohio
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Shifts: Combination of 2 eight-hour and 2 twelve-hour shifts, between 6:30 AM and 11:00 PM, including call hours.
Call: Required, starting at 7 PM on weekdays and divided into 12-hour blocks on weekends. Call hours rotate equitably every 4 weeks.
Flexibility: Must be flexible to cover varying hours as needed.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio
Minimum 1 year of CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Experience working with Level I Trauma patients in a Level I Trauma facility (minimum 1 year)
Cardiology experience
Vascular Surgery experience
Transplant experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
