Job Details

• Specialty: RN Acute Care (Telemetry)
• Shift: 3x12 hour shifts, Days (06:45 AM - 07:15 PM)
• Weekly Hours: 36 guaranteed
• Weekend Hours: Every 3rd weekend and as needed
• Call Requirements: None
• Float Requirements: As needed to like units, including facilities within a 25-mile radius
• Patient Ratios: Approximately 1:6 (variable)
• Unit Type: Acute Care and Intermediate Acute Care
• Number of Beds on Unit: 21 (4-Medical)
• EMR System: Epic

Required Certifications

• ACLS
• BLS
• NIHSS
• NCI
• CPI

Requirements / Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Alabama
• Telemetry experience with a minimum of 2 years, including experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• ACLS certification
• BLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• NCI certification
• CPI certification

Preferred Experience

• Medical-Surgical experience
• Additional Telemetry experience

Work Environment & Dress Code

• Scrub Color: Navy
• Dress code must be followed strictly; no exceptions outside policy
