Physical Therapist (PT) - Travel Position

Location: Guthrie, Oklahoma

Job Description

• Treat both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Patient diagnoses may include neurological or orthopedic conditions; wound care may also be involved.
• Patient population primarily medical.
• Must be able to work under limited supervision and make rational, logical decisions based on physician consultation, lab results, and patient assessment.

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, including experience within the last year
• BLS certification
• Experience in inpatient and outpatient settings

Additional Information

• Electronic Medical Record system used: EPIC
• Dress code: Black scrubs
• No float or call requirements
