Description
Echo Ultrasonographer (Diagnostic Imaging) - Zanesville, Ohio
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Details
- Work schedule: 40 hours per week, four 10-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
- Call requirement: Call every 5th week or less, including evenings and weekends
- Call back hours: Weeknights 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM and 24-hour weekend call (must be approved by a cardiologist)
- Team environment: Approximately 20 other ultrasonographers on staff providing strong peer support
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Echo Technologist, including experience within the last year
- RDCS or RCS credential/designation
- Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) certification
- American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) certification
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Additional Information
- Facility may cancel up to 36 hours during the 13-week contract
- All requested time off must be disclosed and approved at the time of submission
- Compliance with contract terms and time off policies is strictly enforced
