Physical Therapist (Rehabilitation Therapy) - Contract

Location: Lakeview, Oregon
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Summary

Evaluate, plan, and provide treatment upon physician referral.
Treat patients with disabilities, disorders, and injuries to relieve pain and restore or maintain physical function.
Use modalities such as exercise, massage, heat, cold, air, light, water, electricity, or sound.
Collaborate with family and healthcare team members regarding patient abilities and goals.

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Oregon
Bachelor of Science or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
ASHA certification
CHT certification
