Registered Nurse - ICU

Location: Marion, North Carolina
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Work in a 23-bed Acute Care unit with a patient ratio of 1:5 on day shift and 1:6 on night shift.
Unit staffing includes 1 unit secretary and 3 patient care technicians (PCTs) on days, 2 PCTs on nights.
Documentation system used: Cerner.
Floating to Emergency Department as needed.
Positive work culture with travel staff often returning for multiple assignments.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
Minimum 2 years of ICU (Intensive Care Unit) experience, including experience within the last year.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).

Additional Information

Dress code: Navy scrubs.
Advanced skills and procedures performed in ICU setting.
Scheduling based on facility needs.
Positive working conditions and supportive team environment.
