Physical Therapist Travel Job – Oklahoma City, OK

Job Details

• Contract Length: 12 weeks
• Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Weekly Hours: 40 hours guaranteed
• Weekend Hours: Weekends preferred but flexible (not required)
• Call Requirements: None

Facility & Unit Information

• Inpatient rehabilitation setting with 35 beds
• Patient ratio approximately 1:6
• Patient population includes neurological diagnoses, orthopedic conditions, debility, and similar rehab patients
• Standard equipment and electronic health record system in use
• Focus on stroke, brain/spinal cord injury, amputations, complex orthopedic injuries, and other rehab conditions

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma
• Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
• BLS certification
• Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation or acute/rehabilitation hospital settings highly preferred
• Cooperative team player with a strong desire to work collaboratively

• Influenza vaccination policy applies; exemptions require approved documentation and mask-wearing during flu season (Nov 1 – Mar 31)
