Job Opportunity: Certified Surgical Technician (CST) - Operating Room
Location:
Lonetree, Colorado

Unit Information
- Main Operating Room focused on Spine and Joint procedures
- 3 ORs dedicated to Spine and Joint cases
- 9 ORs for Spine and Joint, plus 4 for International Hip Preservation Center
- Staff of approximately 60 members
- Day Shift: Mon-Fri, 7 AM to 7 PM, staffing 8-11 rooms daily
- Weekend coverage: Call only on Saturdays and Sundays
- Night Call: 5 PM to 11 PM, Mon-Fri, no overnight required
- Equipment: Specialized for Spine and Joint surgeries
- EMR system: Meditech
Typical Procedures
- Spine Fusions
- Anterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion (ALIF)
- All Spine Cases
- Total Joint Replacement
Required Qualifications
- Valid Surgical Technician license in Colorado
- Certified Surgical Technician (CST) or NBSTA Certification (active)
- DORA Certification (active)
- BLS Certification
- HHCCA - De-escalation Skills - Healthcare Setting
- Minimum 2 years of Surgical Technician experience, including within the last year
- Experience with Spine and Joint scrub duties is mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
- General Surgery experience is a plus

- 10 or 12-hour shifts available
