Description
Registered Nurse (RN) – LTC/SNF
Location: Velva, North Dakota
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights
Hours: 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
Facility Type: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC/SNF)
Patient Population: Dementia/Memory Loss, Wound Care, IV therapy, Rehabilitation therapy
Job Details
- Facility has 46 beds with a medication aide on staff
- Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:46
- Electronic Medical Record system: PointClickCare (PCC)
- IV certification required for LPNs
- Weekend and holiday work required every other week
- Location-specific orientation provided
- No on-call or call-back required or billable
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years recent LTC/SNF nursing experience
- Active RN license in the state of North Dakota
- Current AHA BLS certification
- Charge nurse experience
- Experience with PointClickCare EMR system
Additional Information
- Backouts or quits with less than 14 days’ notice incur a $500 fee
- Weekend requirement: every other weekend
- Holiday requirement: every other holiday
- Shift length: 12 hours (night shift)
