Registered Nurse (LTC/SNF) - North Dakota
Location

Job Details
- Specialty: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC/SNF) RN
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Days
- Hours per day: 12-hour shifts
- Hours per week: 36 hours
- Weekend requirement: Every other weekend
- Holiday requirement: Every other holiday
- Facility size: 46 beds
- Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:46 with a Medication Aide available
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system: PointClickCare (PCC)
- Location-specific orientation provided
Patient Population and Care
- Common diagnoses: Dementia/Memory Loss, Wound Care, IV therapy, Rehabilitation Therapy
- IV certification required for LPNs (note for team context)
Required Qualifications
- Active state RN license for North Dakota
- Minimum 2 years recent experience in LTC/SNF specialty
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Charge nurse experience
- Experience with PointClickCare EMR system
Additional Notes
- No on-call or call-back shifts available or billable
- Backouts or quits with less than 14 days’ notice incur a $500 fee
- Weekend and holiday coverage is every other occurrence
- 12-hour day shifts only
