10 hours per day, 40 hours per week
May be required to float to other departments within scope of competency
May be required to be on-call during a regularly scheduled shift

Job Summary

Perform independent nursing and delegated medical functions according to state Board of Nursing standards
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care
Evaluate health status through ongoing data collection and assessment
Provide health teaching and counseling
Deliver supportive and restorative therapy and treatment directly or through consultation, delegation, supervision, or teaching
Refer patients for further evaluation or treatment as needed
Review and monitor therapy and treatment plans
Document care in compliance with hospital and regulatory guidelines
Use resources as needed
Promote organizational mission, vision, and values
Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado
Minimum 1 year of CVOR experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
