Start Date: June 23, 2025
Facility Setting: Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH)
Number of Beds: 60 at main location; 28 at secondary location (2 miles away)
Number of Positions: 1
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Floating: Yes, may be required to float to another LTACH location nearby

Required Experience

1 to 2 years of acute care experience in Speech-Language Pathology

Facility Information

Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: Protouch
Dress Code: Navy Blue Scrubs
Parking: Outside lots next to the hospital

Required Qualifications

Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Kentucky
Minimum of 1 year of Speech-Language Pathologist experience within the last year
Experience in acute care settings
Experience working in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) facility setting
Experience floating to other units, including other LTACH locations approximately 2 miles away
