Registered Nurse (Home Health & Hospice) - North Dakota
Location
- City: Williston, North Dakota
- Travel radius: Service area within 60 miles around Dickinson
Contract Length
- 13 weeks

Schedule
- Day shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- On-call rotation for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Patient Population
- Adults, Geriatrics, Pediatrics in home health and hospice settings
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing physical assessments and health history reviews
- Develop, initiate, and revise individualized care plans based on nursing diagnoses
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Provide health care instructions to clients and families
- Identify and implement discharge planning needs
- Serve as Case Manager when assigned, coordinating client care for caseload
- Prepare clinical notes and update primary physicians at least every 60 days
- Communicate client condition changes and obtain physician orders as needed
- Ensure availability of necessary equipment and services
- Supervise and evaluate home health aide care
Documentation & Systems
- Use of HomeCare HomeBase electronic medical record (EMR) system
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Home Health & Hospice nursing experience is required
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Additional Requirements
- No clinical involvement beyond nursing scope
- Candidates must not have been employed full-time, part-time, or PRN with any facility associated with a specific large health system within the past year
- Return to Office (RTO) required upfront; no additional RTO approvals after submission

- 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day
