Occupational Therapist (OT) - Travel Assignment
Location: Madill, Oklahoma
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Hours per Week: 36
Job Description
- Provide occupational therapy services focused on the development and rehabilitation of physically disabled patients.
- Maximize functional status of hospitalized patients.
- Evaluate, plan, implement, and modify age-appropriate treatment programs.
- Participate in discharge planning and performance improvement activities.
- Perform administrative duties and pursue professional growth.
- Patient ratio is 1:1, treating 6-10 patients per day.
- Work primarily with swing bed patients; minimal outpatient responsibilities.
- No on-call or floating required.
- Electronic Medical Record system used: Cerner.
- Return-to-Office blackout dates: June 1, 2026 – June 12, 2026.
- 48-hour guarantees cannot be accommodated.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Oklahoma
- Minimum of 1 year of Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
