Cardiac Cath Lab Tech
Location: Fredericksburg, Texas
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36
Job Description
- Work in a Cardiac Cath Lab unit with approximately 84 beds and a small team (4 staff members per shift).
- Day shift hours: 8 AM to 5 PM.
- Equipment used includes Philips systems.
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system: Meditech.
- Typical procedures performed: Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI), Interventional Radiology.
- On-call duties include rotating evenings and weekends.
- Dress code: Scrubs (any color).
- Ideal candidate is friendly, professional, flexible, and a people person.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Texas
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist within the last year
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Cath Lab Tech Certification
Additional Information
- Floating assignments may be required within related areas.
- On-call rotation includes evenings and weekends.
